What do I get by joining the waitlist?

A first look at our opening properties, launch news, and the occasional newsletter on Dubai property. Joining is free and doesn't commit you to anything.

Who will be able to invest?

Adults who pass identity verification and a suitability check. UAE residents will be able to verify with UAE Pass; international investors with a passport.

What will I actually own?

Shares in the entity that holds a property, giving you your portion of its rental income and of any gain when it's sold.

Is it Sharia-compliant?

Yes. Our products are being designed for Islamic finance, with Sharia governance on every listing.

Is burjfolio regulated?

We'll publish our full regulatory details before we open to investors. Nobody can invest until then.
